→ Network Fees Not Covered

All network fees (gas, blockchain, or transaction charges) must be paid by the user.

→ Crypto Value Changes

We are not responsible for any changes in cryptocurrency value. The exact amount received will be returned after deducting the middleman fee.

→ Respectful Communication

Respectful communication is required. Toxic or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

→ Final Decisions

By choosing me as your Middleman (MM), you agree that all my decisions are final. No disputes, debates, or arguments will be entertained.

→ Account Deals

If a deal involves an account and it becomes banned, locked, or disabled, the seller is fully responsible. All deal terms must be clearly stated before the transaction begins.

→ Non-Refundable MM Fee

Once a deal has started, the MM fee is non-refundable, even if the deal is later canceled.

→ Seller Delay

If the seller fails to deliver on time, I will refund the buyer after verifying the situation. Seller confirmation will not be required.

→ Buyer Delay

If the seller delivers on time but the buyer fails to confirm within 12 hours, I will verify the delivery and release the funds to the seller.

→ Wallet Address

It is the user’s responsibility to provide the correct wallet address. We are not liable for any loss caused by incorrect wallet details.

→ Deal Release Confirmation

Using words like “done,” “confirmed,” or “release” etc, will be treated as your consent to proceed release.

→ Deal Terms

Deal terms can only be set once. After both the buyer and seller agree, no further changes will be allowed without the consent of both parties.
